ZAYAPLUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16495853), is the data controller for personal data collected through zayaplus.com. Registered address: 13 Elder Street, Rochdale, OL16 5JT, United Kingdom.

When you join the Private Launch List we collect your email address, a record of your consent (the consent text version and timestamp), and the confirmation status of your subscription. We do not store your name, phone number, or raw IP address in the subscriber record. Our infrastructure and email providers may process technical logs (including IP addresses) for security and delivery purposes, retained for a short period.

With your sign-up we also record how you arrived: the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example “instagram” and a campaign name), the domain of the referring website, and the first page you opened. These are read from the link only and are not stored on your device.

You join by ticking the consent box and submitting the form; that affirmative action secures your place, and we record the time, source and consent wording version. We then send one email confirming your place. Every email we send you includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We use your email address to send you the official introduction of Noir Immortal and selected House updates from ZAYA+. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

We use the arrival details recorded with your sign-up only in aggregate, to understand which channels bring members to the House. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You may object at any time.

You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. You also have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us at info@zayaplus.com.

We retain your email only while you remain subscribed to the Private Launch List, or as required by applicable law. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active mailings and kept only to the extent needed to honour your unsubscribe request.

Subscriber records are stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase. Confirmation and House emails are delivered through Resend when configured. Both providers act as processors on our behalf. We keep suppression records of unsubscribed addresses so we can continue to honour your unsubscribe request. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Only if you allow advertising cookies, the site loads the Meta Pixel. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited then receives technical information about your device and browser, your IP address, the pages you view here, Meta cookie identifiers and, if you join, the fact that a Private List sign-up took place. Your email address is never sent to Meta. We use this to measure which House adverts bring visitors and sign-ups. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); PECR regulation 6). For this collection and transmission, Meta and ZAYAPLUS LTD may act as joint controllers; Meta’s own use is governed by its privacy policy. Meta may transfer data outside the UK, including to the United States, under its own transfer safeguards.

You can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page; withdrawal stops further sending immediately. Joining the Private List does not switch on advertising cookies. Page-visit statistics built into our hosting set no cookies and are used in aggregate only. Full detail is in our Cookie Notice.
