Data controller
ZAYAPLUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16495853), is the data controller for personal data collected through zayaplus.com.
What we collect
When you join the Private Launch List we collect your email address, a record of your consent (the consent text version and timestamp), and the confirmation status of your subscription. We do not store your name, phone number, or raw IP address in the subscriber record. Our infrastructure and email providers may process technical logs (including IP addresses) for security and delivery purposes, retained for a short period.
How your subscription works
We use double opt-in. After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email; your place is secured only after you click the confirmation link. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Every email we send you includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Purpose & lawful basis
We use your email address to send you the official introduction of Noir Immortal and selected House updates from ZAYA+. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Your rights
You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. You also have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us at zayaandco37@gmail.com.
Retention
We retain your email only while you remain subscribed to the Private Launch List, or as required by applicable law. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active mailings and kept only to the extent needed to honour your unsubscribe request.
Service providers
Subscriber records are stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase. Confirmation and House emails are delivered through Resend when configured. Both providers act as processors on our behalf. We keep suppression records of unsubscribed addresses so we can continue to honour your unsubscribe request. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies & tracking
The launch list form does not set marketing cookies or use tracking pixels.
